Great location, which was very quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the centre, especially with the Bern Ticket.
Lovely quiet room, good quality towels and furnishings. Excellent and varied breakfast.
free parking would have been welcome but the location explains the problem!

It was very good! The place was very clean, and the breakfast was also delicious. My daughter brought a penguin pillow and after room service, they put the penguin in a very cute place! They cleaned everything well and even cared for the penguin. Very nice people too! The receptionists always said hello every time we came back to the room.

Very close to tram to city. Free public transport with city card. We were able to put car in hotel garage then go explore the city. Good size room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Old building but room was nicely renovated.
Dislike greatly European single beds pushed together with single comforters. We bring our own sheet and cotton blanket.
