Rosina at reception is an absolute superstar, I felt very well taken care of off

Clean, Well appointed, good facilities
Bedroom is compact and bathroom is very compact. Both work very well for able-bodied people but if I were overweight with disability, this might be an issue. Personally, I had no difficulty. Sockets beside the bed might be helpful.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Bern.
The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite compact and felt a little cramped.

Breakfast was good.
When I booked, it said superior room. Unfortunately the room was very small as double room. You can open luggage properly. There is no cupboard or wardrobe. I asked to reception about the room. They said the standard room is superior room. No tea & coffee or kettle ( basics).
