The room was really nice, very comfortable beds, window opened slightly
Breakfast was great, really nice large selection
We took the Aqua Sensations spa and it was lovely
Reception staff were great
There was too much chlorine in the spa and a few bits were out of order
Be good if you could use the pool for free as a guest

a hotel that hasn't been renovated in a long time, a high-rise building, and at the same time there aren't enough elevators

The staff cannot do enough to help, the spa is exceptional… and the bar is a treat.
Nothing to fault
