Domus Duorum was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We found street parking easily by driving two blocks further straight up the street by the Castro bakery. Street parking in the zone up the street was free on weekends from Friday at 19:00 to Monday 9:00 am
The room was large and clean and although it looked onto the street on the main floor, the windows are double paned with outside blinds and inside wood shutters so the street noise was non-existent and it was nice and dark for sleep.
The breakfast each morning was excellent and filling, we didn't need lunch.
There is no fridge in the room but a small shared fridge in the kitchen.
The host staff was super friendly and had lots of advice about where to visit in Porto and how to get around.
There is a small MyAuchan grocery store with food, beer, wine etc right around the corner.
The area was very safe to walk around day and night and a short walk to Casa da Musica for events and the metro.
We would stay again!
It's not the fault of the owners, but in this area of Porto you are asked not to put toilet paper in the toilets. The bathrooms are very modern but the city piping can't handle toilet paper in quantity. This was something we are really, really not used to coming from Canada.

The room was clean and tidy with its comfortable atmosphere. It is located in a quiet area, which is not in the city center, but really close to the subway station and the city center. It took less than 30 min. to the city center even if i walked. The breakfast was better than any other hotel, because it is freshly served without waiting in any line. I want to thank Isabel for making my trip to Porto unforgettable.

Wonderful and kind hosts! Communication was easy through WhatsApp, and hosts gave great recommendations for food and things to do in Porto. My room was clean, organized, and included thoughtful touches, such as snacks and beach towels. Breakfast was amazing. I would happily stay again and much preferred this guesthouse over a hotel room!
A little far from the city center, but easy to metro or walk 30-40 minutes.

The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy... I loved the cottage vibes of the decoration.
You can use the kitchen and sitting room to chill and it's very nice and quiet! Specially to relax before a late flight like me.
Breakfast was to die for and Isabel and Sandra are such lovely people, it was a pleasure to meet them and to stay at Domus Duorum :)
