Fantastic stay from start to finish! The check-in was seamless, the staff were professional and welcoming, and everything was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the 15th floor was absolutely stunning. The welcome wine and sweet treats were delicious, and I loved that the bathroom amenities were from Rituals. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location is great, excellent beds and breakfast
Some of the staff (concierge and bar) seemed not very experienced and couldn’t communicate well.

Excellent location near Meo Arena
The shower and wc showed signs degradation and old.
Pillows are also not new so the filling is destroyed and not comfortable to sleep. Since we slept on a 15th floor the curtains should be black out. Light came through early morning
