This was my second stay at Hilton Pattaya, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I stayed in a spacious, beautifully appointed room overlooking the sea, with stunning views and plenty of space to relax.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the reception team. I had specifically requested a high-floor room, and as I arrived late for check-in and my requested room was not available, the team went above and beyond by upgrading me to what was described as the hotel’s best room for my first night. The following day, they smoothly arranged my transfer to the excellent high-floor room I had originally booked.
Later during my stay, when I experienced some outside noise, the team immediately apologized and arranged another room in a quieter location, with an additional upgrade. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.
I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and greatly appreciated the way the team handled every request with care and professionalism. Hilton Pattaya continues to set a high standard for hospitality.
I will absolutely return on my next visit to Pattaya. Highly recommended!

Location, the food and convenience to the mall and the staff was very nice and friendly. Shout out to the Spa staff top notch
There were a couple of bugs that found their way into my room, I’m not talking about mosquitoes or flies, they were a couple of crawling bugs. The buttons to flush the toilet being positioned right behind the toilet for a guy doing #2 or women having to contort our body just to flush the toilet vice putting the buttons into the side wall to flush.

The stuff, the location, the room, the food for breakfast
The noise coming from the beach road constantly we were on 33 hi but the noise was very strong

They charges me more than booking with around 700 bath extra and they told me u have to contact with booking to fix the issue and also the room very uncomfortable and very noisy u can hear the winds the whole day and windows shaking very hard and during the afternoon the A/C not working very well
