I really liked the location, staff and food. For breakfast they served the best scramble I’ve ever had .

Great location. We were in an annex room which I was cheaper to main building, basic but we had Seaview which was amazing. Fantastic, powerful shower and great hot water! Bed extremely comfortable. A really good nights sleep very quiet. Wi-Fi works fine. Best quality and value breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel
We had to climb stairs to our room no lift in the annex, but got a few more steps in and really can criticise that for the value.

The staff were brilliant giving lots of information about the area, transport, etc and the hotel was well located. Rooms were great for a short stay and cleaned daily

Sadly, the room we’d booked (with a balcony) was not available upon checking in, so we were moved room (a little frustrating not being able to fully unpack upon arrival). By way of apology for the inconvenience however, we got a complimentary dinner and bottle of wine. That being said, we enjoyed our stay. A good location (with the choice of either the onsite pool or beach a 3-minute walk away). We walked into the Old Town from the hotel which clocked in at 3.65km, but also used Uber to travel to & from the Old Town (costing around the £10 mark for one way). We enjoyed breakfast - staff were very attentive. We also made use of the Airport Transfer service as we landed well into the evening and wanted to avoid any stress.
The Hotel looks somewhat tired, the room we stayed in for our first night (306) had 1 single socket (which we had to unplug the TV from to use). There also wasn’t a safe nor kettle in either room we stayed in and we could hear our neighbours quite loudly at times, the walls seemed rather thin. The double bed had 2 single mattresses, and so there was an unwelcome/uncomfortable dip if you rolled over.
