A cozy hotel
There was a booker damage When we arrived.
Emergency booker in each room took space.
No information prior to arriving. Would have been nice to have that information.

Great little hotel with a delicious breakfast and incredibly welcoming staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean and centrally located near Leidseplein. They also offer complimentary water, coffee, tea, and cookies, which is a lovely touch. Another great bonus is that bus 397 stops near the hotel and takes you directly to and from Schiphol Airport for just €6 per ticket, making it super convenient and affordable. Highly recommended!

Very central location. Very clean and comfortable bed, welcoming staff.
Hot water did not work the second day. Stairs are an issue but I guess this is Europe!
