Wow. What a place! We had a fantastic stay here. Sue’s communication before our visit was excellent and she was so welcoming when we arrived. She offered some great suggestions of where to eat and drink in Penrith. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would love to revisit if I’m ever in Penrith again.

Sue is a wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make us welcome and meet our needs. The bedroom and guesthouse are well appointed and homely. The breakfast was scrumptious. Brooklands is a short walk of the town centre. We'd highly recommend Brooklands. Our only regret was not spending more time in this lovely place.

Very welcoming host - nothing too much trouble. Good advice on where to walk out for evening meal I loved the seasonal touches …. autumnal decoration and beautiful orange fresh roses.

Bathroom was quite small. Probably a bit fussy and too many cushions and pillows on the bed for my husband 🙄
