Very clean and had the basics. Free parking close by. Good budget wise.
Bit of a walk to collect and drop the key off. One bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach for the whole stay. Had to keep the bathroom shut. No lift, but could request a ground floor room.

Room was clean, basic and a good base.
Electric charge in onsite carpark was incredibly slow, so didn't fully charge car for trip back the next day.

the campus is enormous, people i asked for directions or help were generally polite and quite friendly, the external landscaping is nice, accommodation basic but clean & functional, bed was comfy, breakfast at Buffalo Joes great value
Info to find the check in was hard to come by on site, i wandered about the huge campus for ages because i was checking in after dark (7.30pm)! Turns out i had to visit the security office by the SU bar (which it turns out had a small info poster for guests blu-tacked on the glass), then had to visit another office nearby to collect the key and find out where the heck i was actually be sleeping!... the restaurant had also shut so i had a (pretty rubbish) pizza from the SU bar. It was an odd evening! When i eventually found the block and then room, it was small, basic and functional; no tv but clean and comfy bed... the ensuite shower wet room smelled very damp but again was clean and did the job.
