The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and it offers nice restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was great. The location is ideal to xplore the Montepulciano area.

A lovely property run by a great family who really know what excellent hospitality is! Had lovely pool to spend a hot afternoon in, huge very clean room, really nice bar with their own spirits etc and incredibly kind and professional staff. We had a lovely dinner in their onsite restaurant which was very tasty and great not having to leave the property. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The bathroom was modern and had everything needed. The breakfast was good as were our hosts. And the dinner smelled very good even though we ate in montepulciano. The parking spaces are right infront of the house and the pool as a bit layed back so the street next by is no problem
The room was old fashioned but for the price ok.
Everything we saw felt a bit odd. But we didn't see a lot from the outside because it rained all day long
