Hotel was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Always gave me good recommendations when I needed it. Breakfasts were very good. Location was excellent!!! You were close to EVERYTHING! Also had a FANTASTIC dog sitter, totally trustworthy with my fur baby( didn't have to worry at all ) If I was to come back to Bordeaux, would return to this hotel☺️🙏

The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, the rooms were wonderful, the breakfast was delicious. We were very happy and although we had two young girls with us who are probably not the usual clientele they were welcomed by the staff too. The swimming pool is more like a plunge pool but we were happy to have any possibility in the temperatures;-)

Great location. Very comfortable bed.
Bathroom whilst large wasn’t well finished with a jacuzzi that had a mind of its own.
