Bed comfortable, beautiful building and outside area
Lift wasn’t working. Bedroom decor bit tired. Not 5 star standard.

It’s a nice Boutique hotel at a good location . The rooms are nice however the internal common areas are a bit tight .
The very rigid 3 pm check in time was not appreciated after a long flight to Bordeaux. I had recommended (3) other friends to book the same hotel and they all booked the suites by the pool . I expected the hotel team to hold a room for me after 11:00 am as a special case as they were repeatedlyrequested for an early check in .
