Great location, big room, swimming pool, reasonable price
Air con in room was a bit noisy and not very good. Shower pressure was weak and water leaked into bathroom floor. Breakfast was adequate but not great. But still good value.

The garden location was gorgeous.
They changed the carpets in the lifts three times a day - good morning, good afternoon etc!
Linen tablecloths and serviettes.
Loved being in a historic hotel
Hot water for shower could have been warmer.
