The staff were great: they helped us book tours and booked (and later rebooked) our transport to Hoi An. They made excellent local breakfast recommendations.
The hotel is close to the river, to good restaurants and shops.
The bed was comfortable.
There was no breakfast (which we expected in a hotel) and the bathroom was very small (there is no separate shower cubicle).
There was quite a lot of dust around due to local building works, despite staff constantly trying to clean it.

Nothing but good things about the hotel but mostly the staff! I forgot my passport in Nihn Bihn and they arranged everything to get it back to me already on the next day! I was so thankful 🙏 also the room was amazing and I could store my luggage before and after check in/ check out

The price
Located centrally however the windows in the room would not close properly, therefore it was extremely noisy due to the construction next door during the day and an awful wailing karaoke bar at night behind the hotel. There were old stains on the pillows which looked like blood but had clearly been washed several times. There were insects everywhere, including in the bed. The shower set up in the bathroom meant that the entire room was flooded when having a shower. There was no space for a bag or any clothes in the room other than 3 clothes hooks on the wall. Lastly there was a power cut on both mornings, which seemed to affect the entire neighbourhood so probably not much the hotel could do about this.
