Rooms were clean and large. Easily accessible with 7 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Go out the east exit to avoid needing to carry your suitcases up and down the stairs to the overpass over the train tracks.
No complaints.

Staff were great and the size of the hotel was amazing. The biggest one I had by far and not too expensive.
The room was not spotless. There was evidence of someone using the coffee pot and it was sticky all over our desk. The pillows and shower curtains had stains on them.

The bathroom was very advanced. There was a light beneath the toilet in order to see at night, & flushed when the lid was closed. The flooring in the shower/bathtub was textured.
The staff is exceptional, very polite & very helpful. They are very kind. There is a small refrigerator & tea pot with tea & water. A 4 minute walk to the east entrance to Shin Osaka Train Station. There is also a Lawson's within walking distance.
One light turns on all lights in the room. A large bar lighting over the bed. If you want to go to sleep, & someone is in the bathroom, you can't. The light is too bright over the bed.
Not a walkable neighborhood to attractions. It is great for bullet train & subway connections.
Quiet at night, peaceful sleep. If you want to be downtown, Namba or Dotonbori is much closer & you won't need transportation. But, you also will have the loud noise of foot traffic & people from the bars late at night. Great location to connect with cities serviced by bullet train.
