Location is at Shin-Osaka train station for easy access to all transit systems. Room is large and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and efficiently called a cab for us. Comfortable in room seating.
Breakfast is too expensive. We expected traffic noise because it’s next to the freeway and train station, but the soundproofing between rooms was thin. Could hear a baby crying next door for an hour and a man continually hawking his throat. The bidet is not a a Toto, so poor quality in terms of support and directional washing.

Location. Next door to Shin-Osaka station.
They changed my room & provided non-slip shower mat for my safety.
Finding it was difficult. Google map was quite confusing. Have to find North Gate & Gate 1.
Room assigned to me on 8th floor was circulating cigarette smoke.

The rooms were clean and a great size for Japan. I loved the in-room water purifier. Lots of power points for charging. Bathroom was very clean. Very quiet room despite being so close to the train station. Easy access to transport. Lovely staff who were always helpful.
Pillows in the room were either too high, or flat and lumpy. Would be nice to have a pillow menu available with more options to ensure a peaceful night sleep. Bed was very firm so will not suit those who like something softer.
