Staff were wonderful and made the best experience. No elevators - staff offered to carry luggage to room. Held our bags securely while we did the Inca trail 4 day trek.
Main issue was loud street noises were heard all night long. Beds were very firm. No A/C. Otherwise it was great!

Location was perfect, just next to the placa de armas. Very secured and breakfast was very good for a 2-star hotel.
There were lots of noises which could be heard from the hall, which was disturbing.

We liked the price and proximity to the main plaza
This property was way too loud at night, because there is a discoteca across the street that played loud music, cars moving and honking all through the night and fireworks in the main square at 3am. We had a hard time getting a good night’s rest before an early wake up for trekking. There was a woman at the front desk that was very rude.
