Lovely hotel in Cusco only a few minutes from the central square. Staff were lovely, the room and hotel was spotless.
I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if in Cusco.

Almost everything
It seems that shower water was not warm enough, I turned knob to the most hot side and waited >5mins, and water temperature was only warm enough to take shower but not enough to feel comfortable for me.
