Saifullah at reception is a treasure...attentive and resourceful in providing professionally managed tour set ups quickly at the best pricing. He arranged efficient transfer to and from airport. The room was a novel experience, great bed (slept soundly), the roof terrace has a stunning view and the balloon rides in the morning were colorful and interesting to observe.
Wonderful Turkish breakfasts prepared by Sultan; she is friendly and the food is good...ate there every morning(5 times). Awesome dinner at Seten Restaurant, it is easy walking distance from hotel. Mohamet, of hotel family ownership, is a generous, big hearted man, whom I will cherish as a friend for life. My favorites: sunrise balloon ride over fairy chimneys; green tour; the fine quality of carpet weavers, jewelry and ceramics (ask Saifullah and Mohamet for sources)

Near downtown. Facilities with booking tours . Saifullah (the receptionist) was very helpful and friendly!
Cave room is a little bit hot and there is no AC . I didn’t feel good inside. Breakfast is a lunch!

Good location; helpful staff.
Facilities were very disappointing; wi-fi was terrible and less than half of the outlets in the room were working. Breakfast was not good.
