The hotel is in a very good place at Goreme town. It’s very nice and cozy. Rooftop view is amazing. Mr. Server is very nice and kind. Night note is also fantastic. Will choose this one next time.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with a great location, super comfortable beds, and excellent quality throughout.
But what really made the difference was the amazing reception team. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped me book tours, organize activities, and figure out anything I needed, making my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Cappadocia. Highly recommend!

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast - especially like the lovely mother-daughter duo in breakfast place.
No terrace in the cave suite which is on ground floor.

Best hotel we stayed in during this trip. Rooms were just absolutely adorable, with good cave vibes while being very comfortable. We actively enjoyed spending time inside the room here. Lots of space, chairs, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, very central. Staff were so attentive, even packed us a breakfast bag with sandwiches and turkish delight when we had to get up too early for their included breakfast. No aggressive up-selling for tour packages (though they did offer to book anything we needed). They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us.
Plumbing very mildly tempermental--if other guests are showering at the same time hot water can fluctuate. But overall worked well.
