Great location and a quieter and more relaxed environment. Staff were great and rooms were nice.

Great value for money. Excellent location, big clean rooms and good breakfast

How welcoming the staff were and accommodating. Whenever we needed something, we got helped very quickly by a staff member. The food was really delicious and didn't take long at all. The room was beautiful and clean and exceeded our expectations.
I just have a suggestion of maybe putting some toilet brushes in the bedroom bathrooms so people can clean up after themselves.

Breakfast was good with a acceptable variety of food.
There was no lift. Shuttle timings were inconsistent, although driver was very kind. My early request for a large bed instead of twins was not entertained. Check in was as from 14:00 but still we had to wait till 14:15 to be accommodated.
