Location was excellent. Near Hyde Park and very close to underground. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Basement room, was clean and comfortable but a little dated.

Breakfast was good and the decor was very grand and impressive. The location was great.
My room didn't quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel. Tucked away in the basement, it was very small and dingy. The lock on the door didn't work brilliantly, so I didn't feel very safe as a lone female traveller.
The reception desk staff weren't very friendly.
