I always stay at the hotel when in Cape Town. Generally I really like the location, staff etc
The fact that on Saturday night they turned the entire public area into a disco. It was unbearable. One could barely have a conversation at reception never mind get close to the bar or restaurant. if I wasn't a regular at the hotel I would have checked out and never return. The hotel really needs to consider the priorities. I am sure the group had a great time, however, the average guest like myself felt shunned.

The restaurant breakfast staff services were very good, however special mention must be of the lady (kitchen staff) that prepared and served my hash brown and Kiwi fruit (vegetarian menu). I did not get her name but I'm sure this complimentary message will be relayed to her. Location setting was stunning- mountain view

The location was suitable for our meetings and travelling to meetings.
I found the room really small and value for the price was not good at all.
