Location was excellent. Close to touristic areas. Well priced and staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly better than expected.
Elevator wasn’t working. Internet wasn’t working. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Water pressure was low. Towels were old and had holes in them. Tv wasn’t working ( cable was not connecting to channels). Breakfast wasn’t up to expectations.

We liked the location.
The spa was not always ready.
The breakfast was very very poor.
The ventilation in the room was noisy and could not be turned off.
It was a music club next to the hotel and we could hear the bass 2/3 nights.

Location very close to Istiklal street, Metro, tram, restaurants, shops and mosques. Breakfast was average.
Hotel is old, lift only takes 2 people, lobby had smell. Concierge staff do not carry out what is asked, eg my bed was old and broken and not level, the springs squeeked. They did not change it, had the most uncomfortable experience. Rooms were hot as Aircons were switched off. They undertook to sort it but did nothing about it other than open our windows which made the noise come in.
