Great localisation ! Very friendly and helpful staff.
A place to seat (and to eat for 5 people in family room) but it was not a very big problem for us because mostly we were outside because of perfect location next to bars and restaurants

The rooms are huge and comfortable. Although the breakfast is not up to the mark. But just staying is your priority. I would highly recommend this property.

Very close to the city centre. Everyone is really friendly. The staff help out a lot.

It was close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The place was generally clean.
When we first arrived there was no-one there to check us in, we were waiting for ages, until I finally had to got to a neighbouring hotel. The worker was at a nearby spot socialising. Then we had communication issues because the worker didn’t speak English.
The following day we were told we would be upgraded for a price of 20 euros but the gentleman who told us that was not to be seen again.
On the last night we were disturbed at 2am with someone banging on a door above our room because apparently the people staying had locked their card in the room (we had to get up 3 hours later to catch a flight) my baby was disturbed who was fast asleep. Unfortunately, as we were leaving there was no one at the reception to check us out and we didn’t get a real apology at all about the night before.
