Overall, we had a positive stay. The apartment was very clean, the location was good, and the value for money was definitely a plus.
The main downside was the very small shower. We were also surprised by the lack of basic kitchen equipment - despite having a large kitchen, there were no cutlery and not even a single knife. For a short stay it was not a major issue, but it is definitely something that should be improved. Communication with the host was quick, although the response to our question about the missing knife, including a comment about previous guests, could have been more professional.

This is a functional room with a comfortable bed, a desk and a chair. There is also a room with tables and coffee that is available for people staying there. The coffee was great.
Overall it has the feeling of a business hotel near the train station.
The rooms are located at street level and it was quite noisy in the morning. This did not bother us greatly but for those of you who might like to sleep in this would be a challenge.
Be aware that the kitchen has no utensils or dishes so cooking is out of the question.

Air-conditioner; tea, coffee, drinking water, fridge in shared area.
There could be some cutlery (e.g., spoons), and the cups could be real rather than disposable.
