Staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Cutting down on waste and water usage so room not serviced every day. However you can request for the room to be serviced if required.
Would prefer a more varied menu as there was a lot of Indian food. Apart from fish & chips and some burgers there wasn't a lot of plain food.

We liked the room, with 2 adults and 2 teens a family room can feel small but we had plenty of space a beautiful bathroom with free standing bath and shower, dressing area and small balcony. The facilities were lovely, the outdoor space was beautiful. There were lots of spaces to hide in the hotel with a book which is great to be able to do especially if sharing a room with others who go to bed earlier. The lounge was great, as was the pool.
The gym was very basic but was fine to get us moving. A couple of folding chairs in the room would have been useful. The drinks station was still set for 2 rather than the 4 of us who were using the room (none of this caused any issue we loved our stay and would go again)

I arrived late and the night staff was welcoming and also made water available to top up my water bottle for a very warm evening.
The room was a little bit unkept, cobwebs, the top tissue in the box was already used! The curtains were hanging off and there was no air conditioning, or ventilation due to the ground floor and the window would not open. Breakfast was poor, dried up and was a poor quality.
