Fab location, small hotel so quiet & quick getting around the place. Lift was always super quick & a massive bonus.
The aircon wasn’t working in the room. We did tell reception, who were going to go and take a look. When we returned it still wasn’t working but the next day it cooled down so much we didn’t want it so didn’t follow up.

Great location. The staff was pleasant. The room is modern and clean.
More hooks for towels are needed in the bathroom/room.

The location is perfect, the rooms are good and celan.
Although the location is perfect, it come with serious problems: the level of noise was unbearable, especially on the first floor (right above the entrance). Constant flow of loud tourists, constant loud music from nearby pubs, and one of the few roads right in front of the hotel, where car traffic is not only permitted, but is actually a busy road. I barely slept in two days.
