The location was perfect.
The hotel was spotless, with super friendly staff.
The bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds.
My only small critique is, the room we were in had a very slippy laminate floor. It needed a rug on both sides of the bed.

Location near everything
As normal no lift in an Amsterdam hotel. 3rd floor room no joke. But that’s all

The location was perfect! Our room was perfect!! The customer service was perfect!!! Virginia was super helpful and such a wonderful host! She gave us all the right tips for good food spots, local deals etc! Lisa was also very friendly! We felt like home away from home!
