Very friendly staff, clean room,
Food next door very expensive for pub food and not that nice, wouldn’t eat there again,
The Kettle did not work in our room! So no cuppa to start the working day a 5 am.

Good value but dated room, old fashioned and tired carpet, furniture. Tried to get dinner at 7.30pm
In Matakana but it’s low season and everything closed early.
