the unit was really spacious and I mean hospital surgery clean. Super comfy beds and the room well appointed, short walk to the lakefront and short drive to town or you could walk if you want to. The most exceptional manager. He was super helpful, kind and polite. We would definitely stay again and recommend friends to stay here.
The house next door was rough..but you can't help that...they were actually quite and didn't affect our very enjoyable stay.

Clean, quiet, close to shops and perfect place to stay if doing the Milford trip next day. Extra bedding, plenty powerpoints
Minor points - couch too small to lie down on and TV bracket was bent / broken

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Short walk into town, just across from the lake too. Ideal. Host was most helpful both during booking and stay.

The location is good
It is a very basic and simple motel , the room keys in the staff room were unattended. When I locked myself outside I was looking for the staff and was no one there . I grabbed the room key by myself let me in which made me feel uncomfortable as anyone could grab the unattended room keys which could lead serious safety issues. When the staff found the key was missing, didn’t contact me immediately.
