Location to the station and music venues.
The hoards of homeless you had to step over on the way there, but that's not the hotels fault.
Also toilet in reception was disgusting.

Check in with Lydia was brilliant and fast. The room was spotless. Facilities were very good. Breakfast is always amazing!
Check out, again with Lydia (please give her a raise!), was fast.

I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. I also liked the staff.
I didn't like the set up in the room and also the cleaning done for the next night. Very poor standard of cleaning.
