Friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast
Nothing all good

The staff were excellent, breakfast was quite good.
The evening meals were very good.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Ideal location for Warwick, Leamington Spa and Coventry, as well as various other sites.
The layout of the breakfast room was not very convenient as there was no 'flow' and nothing seemed to be in an obvious place so people were having to wander around looking for things.
The bedroom was a bit cramped because for some reason we were given two double beds, although we had booked as a couple. This was a bit inconvenient as it only left room for one chair at the desk.
The other problem was that there were lights and a bedside table for the outside of both beds but only one between the beds, which wasn't working and so meant that my husband didn't have a reading light. Since he likes to read before going to sleep and I tend to go to sleep straight away this resulted in him having to lie on the other bed so that he could read, and then move over when he was ready to sleep. We reported this on our first morning and were promised that someone would attend to it, so my husband, who is an engineer, left a note of the problem for the person who came to fix it, only no one came. There was no one for the following two days either, which we were not very impressed with.

Quick check in process, good location and friendly staff. Nice room and good amenities. Was a little small though. When I had booked I requested a sofa bed and cot for our two children, when we got into the room nothing was set up. I spoke to reception and they sorted it out for us very quickly. Though they realised that the size of the room couldn't have the sofa bed extended and the travel cot at the same time so they gave us bedding so my child could sleep on the sofa so we could have the cot still. It all worked out in the end.
Family room was small but was sorted out and accommodated us all comfortably after working it out with the staff.

Cosy area at the hotel entrance with friendly staff that was attentive.
The corridors and bedroom carpets were dirty, smelly and need serious cleaning or to be replaced/removed entirely. Couch in my room was stained and not presentable.
