Location was ok. Parking was great and staff were lovely and friendly. The room was not big but very clean.
My room (59) was very affected by the people upstairs. Thudding of steps and loud creaking floor (my room’s ceiling every time they move. Also the flushing of water from their toilet or shower were very loud in my room. This did spoil my sleep and hence the lower grade as otherwise hotel was ok

A nice quiet location within walking distance of the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was nothing really about the hotel that we didn’t like. We did park in the hotel car park but it was difficult due to car size and orientation of the parking spaces. Breakfast was lovely but it could have been warmer.

Room was a decent size. Bathroom was clean. Bed and linen clean and comfortable. We used no other facilities ie. Breakfast or bar so cannot comment. Free coffee and tea provided in the room.
Decor is out dated. The floor in our room was very odd in places. The shower is tiny, if you are a larger person you'd struggle to use it. The TV is old. There were no spare pillows or linen.

All the staff I met were absolutely lovely. They were the real highlight. The bathroom was nice and clean
The bedroom was depressing, lighting needs improving . It had an unpleasant smell in the bedroom too.
