Location
Restaurant was not as good as the food was not fresh

Comfy bed, great location, swimming pool, the lobby area. Good aircon. Lobby staff were nice.
The staff in the butler lounge, you'd have thought the soft drinks were coming out of her wages! Very grumpy and you can only have 2 cans of pop during happy hour! Compares badly against the hilton. Plus there was never anyone in the butler office and I'm not really sure at all what the butler service was? Certainly we didn't see any? Then the sauna and steam room, you have to pay extra to use them! Usually at hotels they're free for guests. There were dust bunnies in our room.

Everything! it's been our favorite airport hotel in Cairo since 2007. Very comfortable rooms, amazing staff and delicious breakfast. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport
Nothing

We liked that it was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle.
The room was very dated with marks on carpets and old doors. Didn’t appear anything like a 5 star hotel, more like 3. We had a long queue to check in and staff allowed people to push to the front when they complained. Key cards to both rooms stopped working. Food was ok but nothing amazing.
