What a perfect location to reach one of our desired, hiking spots as well as visit visiting the beautiful city. The staff were friendly and efficient and helpful with their knowledge of the area. The pool wasn’t unexpected bonus.

Ambiance, design, garden, friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast, comfortable bed and room temperature, perfect cleanliness. The location is close to the railway station.
The building is historical, and there’s no sound isolation, however earplugs at night were sufficient.
More of a personal preference, but I’d prefer to have à la carte breakfast option as buffet option is rather pricy and doesn’t include cappuccino. Same with bathroom cosmetics - I’d prefer an option without intense perfume, that said I didn’t inform the hotel beforehand, maybe they’d adjust.

Comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was very good. Lovely pool. Location is excellent.
My shower needed repairing.

Bolzano is beautiful & we loved this hotel. Lovely garden for drinks, pool was amazing, the sauna was great. We had breakfast & defiantly the best we experienced in Italy. The room was modern and just lovely. perfect walking distance to town center & from train station. I would recommend and stay there again.
Nothing. Every bit of the stay there was just amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer.
