I stayed in room 311 which is on the street and has a small balcony with peeps of the Dolomites. It was a big room. I asked for a tea set which was quickly provided. The breakfast is a good range of offerings including delicious apple and cream cakes. The lady on breakfast service with the coloured hair is friendly and welcoming and makes a great coffee. The young man who was on night shift and made us an evening drink was engaging and interesting. There is a lovely pool area and garden. Because the hotel is just out of the old town it is quieter in the evenings so I could have my balcony door open at night for fresh air. It is a short walk from the train station and to the centre of the old town.
Thankfully I was there on Saturday and Sunday nights so the major renovation works were not operational in the week-end. I would be cautious about a week-day stay. The gym needs a water station and some towels. I like a coffee machine in the room. I'm not a fan of a shower over a bath...they always leak water and are a slip risk.

Good location, nice room, nice pool.
Parking was across the road from the hotel. There is construction site next door, but this was ok during our stay.
To the hotels credit they messaged me as soon as I booked to let me know about the construction.

Everything was perfect. Close to buses and trains. Beautiful room with two bedrooms and balcony and all amenities. Breakfast was lovely. Bartender was very sweet. Pool was great. Loved the town. Good base for Dolomite exploration.

Rooms were spacious , beds comfortable , nice balcony, beautiful pool and the restaurant made the best risotto I've ever had . Location was good
Staff were not helpful , especially with trying to organise a taxi for early morning 5am train. We had to walk to station that was not far but it was cold and streets were isolated . This is not good for ladies or young girls and if it was raining it would have been terrible .
