The location was awesome. Well equipped for a longer stay. The shower had amazing pressure.
Grateful for parking but wouldn’t want to meet someone up the driveway if we were going in the opposite direction.

Location is what you'd book this property for. Easy walk to town and convenient parking spot. The beds were comfy and overall the area was quiet. The unit had everything we needed.
Our unit was quite dated. Only a small amount of effort would make it a bit nicer to match the hefty price tag!
We did not see a single staff member in the office. All correspondence came from whatsapp which was tricky when we couldn't find our unit at check-in (3pm) and our phone reception was poor.

We had a really comfortable 2-night stay at the apartment after travelling around in our campervan for 2 weeks. The apartment was about 7-10mins walk from Queenstown mall which was very convenient. While our booking had some issues, the staff was patient and assisted us through it. With such a big space, we were surprised to find the place cleaner than we expected. We absolutely love the electric blanket, kept us warm while it was 1 degrees celsius out there.
Would definitely recommend :-)

It had the two bedrooms we asked for. Lovely view
It’s spread over two areas. We ended up in an area not identified on the website. Our car was two fights of metal outside stairs from the apartment.. Carrying suitcases up and down would be physically impossible for some in the community. There was no face to face meeting with staff. Reception was not manned.
