the staff were very helpful
the beds were too soft

Breakfast was good. Bed was lovely and big. Plenty of towels.
The bathroom sink needs to be addressed and the shower head. Sink - drain blocked ... draining away very slowly.
Shower head needs either a deep clean, but probably replacing. It's almost coming out, but the jets squirt all sorts of angles where you don't want them to be, or not at there at all. Don't know if you want to give it attention at the moment, but water temperature sometimes goes very hot for a few seconds of its own accord.

Location
Room 3327 had junior school toilet, lower than a standard toilet I’ve used in at least eight countries this year.
