Closeness to the seafront and the Towner Gallery.

I arrived late, but the staff still came out and were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated lots of tea bags, sugar and milk in my room as opposed to the usual 2 bags per day. As a big tea drinker - this was a really generous little extra. Really appreciated all the fantastic art everywhere in the communal areas and in the room, and the effort that was put in providing some history and explanation about the art (in my room case it was Monét). The effort to doing this was well noticed and a pleasant add! :-)
Nothing. Some water were collected at the bottom of the shower, but for the price I paid - cannot complain. The t.v. is situated in a funny place when walking between the bed and the bathroom, but it's on a wall arm that can be easily moved.

Lovely big room, clean, modern, good value for money, great breakfast (even did gluten free for me!)

Fantastic service. Clean
Delapitated and far too hot. Where a hotel has no aircon, robust daily ventilation is necessary. The heat was trapped in the walls and the sash windows where extremely heavy . The communal areas where on par with London buses due to no ventilation strategy.
Only one member of staff was working and doing everything. He went above and beyond to do his best for excellent service, but the hotel would need 3 more stafd as well as 2 ventilation caretakers. The cupboards in the bathroom and the bathroom seat was crooked, the towels where overword and torn.
