Wonderful decoration, spacious room and excellent breakfast. Very warm and cosy atmosphere. Lounge area a big bonus.

A friendly, comfortable and well conceived bed and breakfast. The different rooms were tastefully decorated, the facilities were excellent and the breakfast room catered for every possible taste /diet.
That I was only staying two nights. The Sheldon is a definite choice for longer stays.
In this part of Eastbourne, near to the seafront the availability of private parking at the rear of the Sheldon cannot be understated!
