Good location, friendly staff and clean and tidy. Early breakfast was great for getting an early ferry
nothing really apart from the horrible abandoned building next door

breakfast and evening meals were good. range of options was good and food was well cooked and hot. The room was clean and well maintained
when we checked in we were provided with a key card to a room that was already occupied. The other guests were in the room at the time and were obviously unhappy we were able to open the door. A further guest was complaining at the bar while we had our evening meal that he had mistaken his room for another one and his key had opened that door as well as his own room door. This is not acceptable. I was unable to sleep worried that someone would walk into our room during the night and I felt unable to leave our things in the room during the day for the same reason. Our visit was to attend my sisters funeral and this certainly added to the stress and discomfort of the visit.
