Probably the best hotel in Shanghai! I loved my stay! So many artworks..very beautiful!
Although the room was tiny, it did not feel small at all. Modern, clean and functional! The bathroom was big enough and it had a separate toilet room too. They provided many amenities throughout our stay!
The staff were professional, kind and helpful.
The hotel Location was fantastic. 20 min drive from all great spots or few min walk from major attractions too.
Bar, restaurants and cafe were lovely.
Nothing not to like but perhaps breakfast options could be better. Also no snacks in the mini bar.

Car service to airport was terrible. I had a difficult time finding a ride to the airport. Ended up getting into a dirty smelly cab!
Transportation was not good.

Einfach grandios.
