The neighbourhood is charming and is a convenient location close to public transportation. The Horizon was best value providing breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hours.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the cleaning work force was doing a very good job, the front door porters were very helpful too. We will go back to visit once in Shanghai. The staff is Horizon Club worked very hard to make sure everything was working smoothly.
Nothing to complain.

excellent location connected with a large shopping mall and subway station. Good breakfast great view of the city.
breakfast area is small for the amount of room, keeping a huge line sometimes. Attendants didn't speak English, making reception requests a bit hard.

Service was perfect and very attentive. It was my partner's birthday and they snuck in a card and a little birthday cake when we were out. The room was cleaned multiple times a day. The room was really quiet and had a great view.
The staff was really helpful when we needed a reservation or a guide, actually help with anyting really!
Nothing, it was great!
