Great location, quiet, bed was comfortable and clean, good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to Nana BTS, but they also do a electric cart to take you to the bottom of the road if you don’t want the 10 minutes walk. Value for money you can’t beat this place in Bangkok.

I stayed here as my brother was staying here and we were surprising him for his birthday. Otherwise this wouldn't have been my first pick. I wouldn't stay here again.
Things I liked: there was an elevator, breakfast was included and delicious, there are tables at the front if you want to be outside and have a quiet one, the female front desk staff member was super nice, the wifi was strong, toiletries, bottled water, drinks available to be purchased in the lobby and the price point for what we had.
Depending on what side your room is on front of hotel versus back of hotel, you may have hear the noise from the street which can be sorted with headphones. The other rooms that have a balcony were better, as in nicer bathrooms, more pillows etc (we couldn't book these as they were sold out). I'd recommend booking those rooms if they're available.
We were in a room with two single beds, the bathroom was decent but run down and it was either mould or really old stains on the toilet.
We asked for extra pillows at night and the male front desk member said he couldn't get us any because the desk would be unattended. No solution was offered, so we just asked during the day time.
The hotel is pretty far down the street (away from the main strip) - other surrounding hotel buggys were flying up and down the street constantly to take guests to the main strip, we didn't know that our hotel had a buggy service until we asked half way thru our stay, we'd been walking to and from the main strip which would have been fine if it wasn't for the smell from the sewers you walk past.
