We come to Thailand every second year. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property other than the renovation that was occurring at the time we were here this time. The breakfast is wonderful. Staff are good and the rooms are quite comfortable. There’s a wonderful pool on the very top Of the building, they often have happy hours and half priced pizzas. I’m a more finicky eater and I find their food. Has both Thai flavours and North American flavour as well. I recommend this hotel as it looks like it has a good location to shopping next to terminal 21, which is a big mall. Transportation to other malls doesn’t take long via the BTS.

They were doing construction but it was completely blocked off in the lobby so you didn't notice. Breakfast was amazing. Service was excellent. Cleaning staff was super. I enjoyed the pool and location. Overall great Rx and I will return.

I stayed in Paradox hotel from June 30 to July 4, 2026. Great location with amazing staff. I will definitely repeat.

This is my third stay at Paradox - good sized rooms, great bed and linens and pillows and a solid breakfast buffet. My main reason to stay is the excellent and attentive staff - despite the property going thru a major renovation and some construction noise - they always make you feel welcome here.
