The bedding and cleanliness of room was excellent.
Breakfast was sumptuous and well served.
The ambience of the restaurant area was good and well presented.
The location is great which northern side of beach and car park available at the hotel premises.
In summer it is ideally placed for couples.
On arrival we found the room was little cold, and we asked for a heater which was quickly provided. Given we are now midst of Autumn, the rooms could be little warmer.

A characterful hotel with very attentive staff, amazing breakfasts, including fresh baked scones, in a prime location overlooking the North Beach at Great Yarmouth
The room was quite small and not very soundproof

Staff very friendly, room was okay.
Room was very cold even after putting radiators on, walls very thin could hear next door snoring talking etc.
