Parking access difficult,,Good breakfast, evening meal good, staff good, Seaview good from the room, the house is a fantastic building.
The house is tatty/run down in some parts, and the lack of access from the car park means you have to carry bags/cases to the reception at the front.

MEALS: The Breakfast was enjoyable in terms of food quality.
LOCATION: The hotel was relatively close to the town and on the Promenade.
BAR: The staff were nice and selection of drinks was average to good.
BREAKFAST: While the food quality was good residents should be allowed to have self-service rather than everything being brought to you.
ROOMS: While the bed was relatively comfy, the heater did not work and room rather compact. TV did not work fully: Some channels did not come through.
VALUE FOR MONEY: I would have expected a bigger room and greater selection on the dinner menu.
