I loved the coffee shop and the team who work in there. Really attentive and helpful with local knowledge.
Location and room assistance in the evening. A lovely touch. Don’t lose that.

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Location ok.
Very expensive, but that is simply Hong Kong. And trying to work out the shopping centre below and how to exit was difficult.

The location is perfect, the style and room as are quite nice. The connection Hotel/Mall is fantastic.
We arrived to the hotel
Knowing there’s a kids club but the staff told us it’s exclusively for guests who booked their rooms at the 45th floor. Because on the hotel website it’s not written so in the section “The Hangout” which is the space dedicated to children, we forced to book here, if I only knew it in advance I would have chosen another hotel.

Hotel was clean and a great location. High floor view of the harbour was amazing.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, didn't feel like a 5 star experience, service was slow at times, lovely food though and a good choice.
